Makin Bread in a Bag

for activity night sarah and her fellow primary girls made "bread in a bag". i stayed since our enrichment activity to make bread is going to be on her birthday and i will miss it. it was actually quite fun and easy. and the best part, not too messy since most of the work is done in a ziploc bag! and it actually tasted very good. they also made their own butter to put on it and that was equally tasty. yum-o! now i have a new rainy day activity for my girls to do.

they also grinded some wheat and got to chew it to make wheat gum. that not so tasty, but fun. they have awesome leaders who are starting them off young with the food storage thing. kudos to you ladies!!

they are kneading the dough right?

shake, shake, shake that cream girls!

enjoying the fruits of their labor.

Yay for blogging! I just found yours on dad and Pennie's. Your girls are BEAUTIFUL! As are your dogs. We just bought a German Shepherd and are so excited about him. He's about a year old and i don't do dogs, so we took him to a month long dog school. We visit him every week and I get more and more excited about him, which is a big deal for me.

I want to see some pictures of you too. that one is too small.

we know dad's foot is missing but we love this pic

find me on facebook too
